The advances of canine follicular development,oocyte maturation and ovulation

摘要 人们通常以犬为研究对象,探讨雌性犬科动物的生殖生物学和辅助生殖技术,为保护濒危犬科动物提供理论基础。犬卵母细胞有着不同于其他哺乳动物雌性配子的特性:卵母细胞所处的卵泡液中含有高浓度的孕酮,犬排卵时卵母细胞处于减数分裂前期Ⅰ,减数分裂在输卵管中恢复与完成。文章依据近几年犬体内研究数据评述犬卵泡发育、卵母细胞成熟及排卵的研究进展。 The canine as the object of study, have been used to explore the reproductive biology and assisted reproductive technology for providing a theoretical basis for the protection of endangered canids. The canine oocytes are different from other mammals on the female gametes : the oocytes are exposed to high concentration of progesterone in the follicular environment; when a dog ovulates its ooeytes are in the meiotic prophase I , and the meiosis resumes and completes in the oviduet. Based on the available data for canine in vivo study from recent years in this paper, the canine follicular development, oocyte maturation and ovulation are described and reviewed.
