中药复方理囊散对不孕大鼠模型卵巢、子宫发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了探讨中药复方理囊散对不孕大鼠模型(ASR模型)的卵巢、子宫发育的影响,试验取9日龄雌性SD大鼠于颈背部皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮制备肾虚不孕大鼠模型,并将其分为模型组、理囊散治疗组、正常组,从80日龄开始连续用药28 d后断头处死,剖腹取出双侧卵巢、子宫,将卵巢、子宫剥离干净后称其重量并记录,制作石蜡切片,观察其形态结构变化。结果表明:模型组卵巢重(0.057±0.009)g,子宫重(0.363±0.023)g,卵泡数目(6.20±0.63)个,子宫内膜面积(2.71±0.27)mm2明显小于正常组[卵巢重(0.129±0.019)g、子宫重(0.572±0.023)g、卵泡数目(23.00±1.63)个、子宫内膜面积(20.74±2.21)mm2]和理囊散治疗组[卵巢重(0.105±0.380)g、子宫重(0.505±0.059)g、卵泡数目(18.80±3.76)个、子宫内膜面积(9.89±2.02)mm2]。说明中药复方理囊散能够增加不孕大鼠卵巢、子宫重量及卵泡数目,促进其卵泡发育及成熟。 To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound ' cyst - regulating powder' on the development of the ovary and ute- rus in androgen - sterilized rat model( ASR model), nine - day - old female SD rats were injected with testosterone propionate in the subcutaneous tissue of the back of the neck to prepare the kidney - deficiency infertility rat models. The rats were divided into three groups including the model group, traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (treated with'cystregulating powder' ), and the normal control group. The rats were treated with the medicine at the age of 80 d, and were guillotined after 28 days. The bilateral ovaries and uteruses of the rats were removed, cleaned, weighed and recorded, respectively. The paraffin sections were produced to observe their morphological structure. The results showed that the ovarian and uterine weight in the model group (0. 057 ± 0. 009 )g; (0. 363 ±0. 023 )g were significantly less than those of in the normal control group (0. 129 ±0. 019 g) ; (0. 572 ±0. 023)g and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (0. 105 ± 0. 380)g; (0. 505 ±O. 059) g. The follicular numbers in the model group (6.20±0.63 ) were significantly less than those of in the normal control group ( 23.00 ±1.63 ) and in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group ( 18.80 ± 3.76). The endometrial area in the model group (2.71±0.27 )mm2 was significantly less than those of in the normal control group (20.74 ±2.21 )mm2 and in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (9.89 ± 2.02) mm2. It is concluded that the traditional Chinese medicine compound' cyst - regulating powder' can increase the ovarian and uterine mass with the number of follicles in the infertility rat, and promote the follicular development and maturation.
