摘要 种子萌发和幼苗建成是植物生活史中两个最关键的阶段,而幼苗期又是一年生植物生活史中最脆弱的阶段,其发育时常遭受极端恶劣环境的影响,但各种逆境中仍然繁衍着许多抗逆植物种类。由此显示,不同植物演化出了各种苗期抗逆策略。通过对国内外相关文献进行详细分析和归纳,主要从幼苗的形态结构、生理生化以及分子生物学等层面对幼苗期抗逆机理进行综述,以期为深入研究植物苗期抗逆机理提供参考。 Seeds germination and seedlings establishment are the most crucial stage in life cycle of plant, the seedling stage is also the most fragile and vulnerable stage in the annual plant, and it suffe~ much from the harsh environment. Despite all this, there are a lot of stress- tolerant plant species reproduction and thriving in adverse circumstances. It shows that plants have evolved various strategies for surviving in the seedling stage. Based on comprehensive analysis of large amount of literatures in Chinese and English, we summarized the adverse resistance mechanisms in seedling stage of plant, including the adaptation on seedlings morphological structure, physiological and biochemical aspect and the molecular basis, in hope of providing the reference for further study of the seedlings stress-tolerant mechanism.
