摘要
目的 :研究间隙连接蛋白Cx32、Cx43在肝癌细胞系HHCC、SMMC 772 1及正常肝细胞系QZG中的表达。方法 :采用免疫荧光标记技术 ,对HHCC、SMMC 772 1及QZG细胞中Cx32、Cx43蛋白进行激光扫描共聚焦显微镜 (LSCM)分析。结果 :Cx32、Cx43蛋白定位于肝细胞胞质中 ,在HHCC、SMMC 772 1中阳性细胞率、阳性细胞的荧光强度较QZG中明显减弱。结论 :Cx32。
Purpose:To determine the expression of gap junction proteins Cx32,Cx43 in human hepatocarcinoma (HCC) cell lines HHCC,SMMC 7721 and normal liver cell line QZG with laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM).Methods:The localization and quantity of Cx32,Cx43 proteins were analysed by fluorescence immunohistochemical method and LSCM.Results:THe intense fluorescence of Cx32,Cx43 was much stronger in cytoplasm of QZG than that in HHCC and SMMC 7721.Conclusions:The decrease of Cx32,Cx43 proteins may be linked to HCC cell proliferation and progression of hepatocarcinogenesis.
