嫁接茄子接穗品种的筛选试验

Screening Test for Scion Cultivars of Grafted Eggplants

以野生茄子托鲁巴姆为砧木,以4个本地主栽茄子品种8820、孝感白茄、紫龙三号(CK)及汉宝一号和2个外引茄子品种亮丽长龙及爱丽舍为接穗进行嫁接试验。试验结果表明,品种紫龙三号(CK)、亮丽长龙、8820、汉宝一号、孝感白茄与托鲁巴姆砧木嫁接亲和力好,嫁接后果实无不良表现,其中,亮丽长龙、8820、汉宝一号与对照产量差异不显著,可用于嫁接苗生产,在武汉地区推广。

In the paper, we conducted a grafting test by taking the wild eggplant cuhivar Tuolubamu as rootstock and four local major eggplant cultivars 8820, Xiaoganbaiqie, Zilong No.3 （the control cultivar）, Hanbao No.1 and two introduced eggplant cuhivars Lianglichanglong and Ailishe as scions. The results showed that the four local major eggplant cuhivars and the introduced cuhivar Lianglichanglong had better graft compatibility with the rootstock cuhivar Tuolubamu, and their graft had no bad effects on fruits. And the yields of Lianglichanglong, 8820 and Hanbao No.1 had no significant differences with that of Zilong No.3, and these four eggplant cultivars could be used for grafting and Douularized in Wuhan.
