基底和粒子对激光净化能量密度阈值的影响

摘要 求出了几种金属和半导体晶体原子振动的简谐系数、非简谐系数、热膨胀系数和激光辐照下的能量吸收系数.探讨了基底和粒子对激光净化能量密度阈值的影响,结果表明:①干式激光净化能量密度阈值与基底和粒子的质量密度、热膨胀系数等性质有关,也与温度有关;②基底和粒子材料性质影响激光净化能量密度阈值的根源在于原子相互作用势和晶体结构;③激光净化的能量密度阈值随污染粒子粒径的增大而增大;④在所述几种材料中,以Ag和Al接触时的激光净化能量密度阈值最大,其微观本质是Ag与Al原子间相互引力为最大.故激光清洗时应考虑基底、附着粒子相互作用及激光能量. This paper deals with the Study of the harmonic coefficient, inharmonic coefficient, thermal ex- pansion coefficient, and energy absorption coefficient illuminating by laser of several kinds of mental and semiconductor. The result is following:firstly, the energy threshold density of dry cleaning depends on the base, mass density of particles, thermal expansion coefficient and temperature; secondly, the depend- ence of the energy threshold density on base and particles dues to the interaction energy; thirdly, the ener gy threshold density grows with the increase of particle's radius; and finally, the energy threshold density between Ag and A1 is the maximum because of their large interaction. The interaction of basement and at- tached particles and laser energy should be considered in the Laser cleaning, and that provided a theoretical basis for designing of laser cleaning.
