On Cultivation of Postgraduates Majoring in Land Resources Management

本文介绍了我国土地资源管理专业研究生科研能力培养方式现状,针对当前研究中对土地资源管理专业研究生人才培养存在的问题进行剖析,提出了土地资源管理专业研究生科研能力培养的目标、途径,并对保障该专业硕士研究生能力培养提出针对性措施.

This paper deals with the realities of the cultivation methods of Postgraduates majoring in Land Resources Management, and with the analysis of the related cultivation problems that existed in current research. Some propose has been given on cultivation objectives and approaches to improve the research ca pacity of the Postgraduates. At last some specific measures have been put forward to guarantee postgraduates＇ ability cultivation of this subject.
