摘要
基于菲涅耳公式和电磁波的相干叠加原理,以置于空气中的单层平板介质为例,严格推导了具有多层介质分界面的光学系统的反射系数.结合Matlab编程和作图,直观分析了电磁波在多层介质分界面上的传播性质和相位演变,并从反射率和透射率的角度阐述了电磁波的相干叠加对多层介质光学系统的光学性质的影响.
Based on Fresnel's equations and on the principle of superposition and interference, the single di electric layer embedded in air has been selected as an example to derive the reflection and transmission coefficients of the optical system with the number of dielectric interface that is larger than one. The propagating and phase evolution property at the dielectric interfaces can be analyzed in a more direct and convenient way with the combination of graphical demonstration from Matlab. And finally the influence of the multibeam superposition and interference occurred at the interfaces on the optical property of the multi layer system have been analyzed from the point of view of reflectance and transmittance.
