摘要
目的 观察可见光对大鼠视网膜光化学损伤动态变化过程。方法 对 Wistar大鼠进行持续 2 4h光照射 ,分别于光照前、光照后 12 h、3d、7d进行视网膜光镜形态学观察 ,外核层厚度及闪烁光视网膜电图(FERG)检测。结果 光照前视网膜形态正常 ,结构层次清晰 ,内外节排列整齐 ,色素上皮排列规则 ,光照后 12 h,视网膜外核层变薄 ,其厚度减少了 2 4.5 % ,内外节排列紊乱 ,光照后 3d,外核层更薄 ,其厚度减少了 5 3.1% ,光照后 7d,外核层进一步变薄 ,其厚度减少 6 3.3%。EFRG的 a波、b波振幅于光照后 12 h、3d、7d持续下降。
Objective To observe the pathological and functional changes of rat retinae with photochemical injuries caused by light exposure.Method Wistar rats were continually exposed to light for 24 h.The changes of retinal morphology and morphometry and flash electroretinogram were studied before light exposure and the 12th hour 3rd day and 7th day after light exposure.Result At the 12th hour after light exposure,the outer nuclear layer (ONL) of retina became thinner compared with that before light exposure,the thickness of ONL decreased by 24.5%,and the inner and outer segments appeared disorderly arranged.At the 3rd day after light exposure.the thickness of ONL was even thinner,decreasing by 53.1%.At the 7th day after light exposure the thickness of ONL decreased by 63.3%.Flash electroretinogram showed that the amplitudes of a and b waves decreased continuously at 12th hour and 3rd day and 7 th day.Conclusion Morphometric index of retinal injury caused by light exposure correlates positively with the change of retinal function.
