A PSPC section or block was taken as an example to deeply research the application of network plan technology. The project schedule was established, the critical path was determined and optimized in order to shorten the schedule and lower the cost. The paper described the advantage and usability of network plan technology, and effectiveness of its deep application. Putting the network plan technology into practice to improve lean shipbuilding management was advocated.
