摘要
总结中小型船厂现场管理存在的主要问题,分析问题产生的原因,提出解决办法,强调现场管理人员素质的重要性,认为应该从采用先进的管理模式、建立合理的管理制度、培养优秀的管理人才这三方面入手,实现现场管理水平质的改变。
The problems existing in the spot management of the small and medium size shipyards were summarized. The reasons of the problems were analyzed to find the solutions. The importance of the personnel quality for spot management was emphasized. The authors believed that adopting advanced management mode, setting up rational management regulation and training excellent management personnel can enhance the level of spot management remarkably.
