摘要
针对当前舰船甲板除冰技术普遍存在着费时、费力和危险性大等问题,提出基于舰船周围气流牵引式循环的甲板升温技术,研究取气位置对甲板平台区域升温效果的影响。对取气位置离甲板表面1、8和15 cm处进行升温效果的对比实验,结果表明:在水面与甲板表面的初始温差相同(5.5~5.6℃)的情况下,取气位置会明显影响甲板平台区域的升温效果;取气位置离甲板表面越远,甲板平台区域的升温幅度就越大,其升温效果也就越好。
The present deicing technology in ship deck has more disadvantages such as time-consuming, labor squandering and high danger. A new manmade-cycle technology to rise temperature in ship deck was proposed, and the influence laws of this new technology in different air intake were studied. Comparative experiments were done with the air intake 1 cm, 8 em and 15 cm from the deck surface. The experimental results showed that with the same initial temperature of water and deck surface, the air intake has significant impact on this new technology. The farther the air intake from the deck surface, the greater the warming-up amplitude and the better warming-no effect can be achieved.
