摘要
结合某公司生产的船用回转起重机的整体结构,根据所提供的起重机臂架总图和部件图,应用大型有限元分析软件Ansys对臂架结构进行建模,按照臂架实际工作中所有可能的组合方式进行静力强度和稳定性分析,得到了臂架结构在各工况下的应力分布。通过有限元分析计算,发现了回转起重机臂架受力最大和发生应力集中位置,明确了臂架在最危险工况下的应力分布及失稳的屈曲模态。
The FE model of the jib structure of the crane was established in ANSYS based on the provided general arrangement plan and components drawings of the crane. Static strength and buckling analysis were carried out under different load conditions to find out the point of the biggest stress and stress concentration, as well as the buckling mode of the jib structure.
