摘要
目的 研究幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)在体外与胃上皮细胞相互作用后的形态变化。方法 采用Hp与细胞体外共培养技术 ,结合透射电镜观察Hp活菌与人胃腺癌细胞系SGC 790 1相互作用后的超微结构变化。结果 Hp以多种不同的方式黏附于胃上皮细胞。高浓度的Hp(10 7CFU/ml)可使体外培养的胃上皮细胞发生明显病变 :微绒毛丢失与胞浆内出现空泡样变等。反之 ,胃上皮细胞也可作用于Hp ,除了使其发生球形变和空泡样变外 ,还可将它吞噬降解 ,且共同孵育时间越长 ,作用越明显。结论 Hp与胃上皮细胞既相互作用又相互适应 。
Objective To observe the morphologic changes after interaction between Helicobacter pylori (Hp)and gastric epithelial cells in vitro. Methods Hp was coincubated with human gastric cancer cell line SGC 7901 for up to 72 hours and their ultrastructural changes were investigated with transmission electron microscopy. Results After coincubation of the Hp and cells, the following morphologic alterations were found:(1) Various patterns of attachment of the Hp to the cell membrane;(2) A number of Hp appeared to be degenerating and showed coccoid forms; (3) Cytoplasmic vacuolation of the cells appeared; (4) Many Hps were engulfed and degraded by the cells. These changes became more apparent with prolongation of coincubation time. Conclusion Hp and gastric epithelial cell can interact and mutually adapt when they both coexist. The results might be useful to explain that multiple outcomes are manifested after Hp infection.
