摘要 对厌氧消化污泥进行前处理可以在很大程度上提高污泥厌氧消化效率和产气量。本文介绍了城市污泥厌氧消化前处理技术的国内外研究概况,重点阐述了热水解处理、超声波处理、辐射处理、臭氧氧化处理、加碱处理以及多种处理方法相结合的前处理工艺,对不同前处理方法对污泥厌氧消化特性和产气量的影响进行了比较,指出了目前厌氧消化前处理技术存在的主要问题和今后的发展方向。 Pre-treatment on sludge anaerobic digestion can increase the efficiency and production gas quantity of sludge anaerobic digestion in a great degree. The paper presents the study situation on pre-treatment technology of urban sludge anaerobic digestion abroad and at home, focusing on thermal hydrolyzing treatment, ultrasonic treatment, radiation treatment, ozone oxidation treatment, alkali treatment and pre-treatment technologies of various treatment processes. The paper makes a comparison between the characteristic of sludge anaerobic digestion of different pre-treatment processes and impact of produc- tion gas quantity, and puts forward the main problems existed in pre-treatment technology of anaerobic digestion at the present time and the development direction in the future.
