浅谈设立县级涉林司法鉴定中心的必要性

Discussion on the Necessity to Establish Forest Forensic Center in County Level

笔者从对涉及林业专业性问题需要通过鉴定的范围来看,分析目前县级涉林案件鉴定存在的不足,提出设立县级涉林司法鉴定中心的必要性。

From the perspective that many forensic cases involving forest require professional knowledge, major shortcomings in the forensic identification of cases involving forest were analyzed and the necessity to establish forest forensic center in county level was also proposed.
