摘要
依托曹妃甸北环立交工程,以偏高岭土为基础制备偏高岭土基改性剂,针对其对混凝土工作性、强度和耐久性的影响进行研究,并通过孔结构分析探讨其机理。结果表明,偏高岭土基改性剂可在不影响混凝土工作性能的基础上,显著增强混凝土的强度和抗氯离子渗透性能,并改善其微观结构。
Based on the Cao-feidian northern loop overpass project, the metakaolin-based modifier is prepared by the metakaolin. The effects of the metakaolin-based modifier on the workability, strength and durability of concrete are researched. And the improving mechanism is studied with mercury intrusion porosimetry analysis (MIP). The experiment results indicate that metakaolin-based modifier has obviously improved the compressive strength and penetration resistance of concrete while has no disadvantage effects on concrete's workability. The pore size distribution of concrete containing metakaolin-based modifier has been optimized to improve the microstructure and enhance the penetration resistance of concrete.
