摘要
研究了三种常用减水剂对水泥净浆流动度的影响,通过测定水泥砂浆流动度来初步确定这几种减水剂的减水率,利用微珠和硅灰的充填及滚珠效应来改善C105混凝土的工作性,在免压蒸条件下制作出了C105强度等级的管桩混凝土。此外,还对C105混凝土的离心制度作了研究,讨论了C105混凝土强度的形成机理,提出了无定形二氧化硅的水化特性。
The influences of three common water reducers on fluidity of cement paste are studied. The water-reducing rate of the three water reducers are decided preliminarily by testing the fluidity of cement paste. The workability of C105 pile concrete can be improved by using filling effect and rolling ball effect of micro-bead and silica fume. In the condition of non-autoclaved, the C105 pile concrete can be made. In addition, the centrifugal system of C105 concrete is also studied. The strength mechanism of C105 concrete is discussed, and the hydration character of amorphous silica is put forward.
