摘要
对当前我国工业化住宅建设中常用的框架结构体系、剪力墙结构体系和PCF结构体系的构造及其特点作了介绍,对工业化住宅中PC构件的生产方式也作了介绍。文章总结我国工业化住宅建设推进过程中遇到的建设成本较高、标准化程度不高、配套技术不全、专业设计能力不强等四个关键问题。在此基础上,推进工业化住宅建设策略的思考。
The structure and characteristics .of common frame structure system, shearing wall system and PCF structure system in industrial residence construction in China are introduced in this paper, and the production mode of PC components in industrial residence is also explained. The four key problems are summed up such as higher construction costing, lower standard level, defective matching technology and weak professional design ability. Therefore, the thinking of industrial residence construction Strategy is promoted.
