9,9-二甲基芴-2-硼酸的合成研究

摘要 芴衍生物是一类很有开发前景和实用价值的发光材料。9,9-二甲基芴-2-硼酸是合成OLED材料的重要中间体。本文以芴为原料,经溴化,甲基化,格式试剂法得到9,9-二甲基芴-2-硼酸,并对影响反应的重要因素进行了考察和讨论。本文采用的工艺路线合理,反应时间短,产品收率高。 The fluorene derivatives are confirmed as a series of luminescent material with good development prospect and practical value. 9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluoren-2-ylboronic acid is the important intermediate for the synthesis of OLED materials. In this thesis, 9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluoren-2-ylboronic acid was synthesized by bromination, methylation, Grignard reaction using fluorenc as starting material. The conditions which influence the reaction result were investigated and discussed. The process route adopted in the thesis is reasonable with short reaction time and high yield.
