交联聚苯乙烯微球沉淀聚合法制备及其色谱性能

摘要 以二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂、苯乙烯(ST)为共聚单体,采用沉淀聚合法合成了聚(苯乙烯-co-二乙烯基苯)微球[P(ST-co-DVB)]。扫描电子显微镜分析(SEM)显示微球表面无大孔结构,粒径统计分析表明粒径单分散微球的平均直径为3.2μm,FT-IR表明两种单体实现了共聚。BET分析可知比表面积为2.7m2.g-1,平均孔径为10.0nm。以碱性化合物为探针分子,采用反相液相色谱模式考察了P(ST-co-DVB)微球的色谱性能,色谱结果显示固定相具有较高的柱效和较好的色谱峰形,表明沉淀聚合法用作固定相具有较好前景。 With divinylbenzene as cross-linker and styrene as comonomer, poly (styrene-co-divinylbenzene) microspheres [P( ST-co-DVB )]were prepared by precipitation polymerization. The results obtained from SEM indicated that the microspheres had no macroporous structure and the average diameter of the monodisperese microspheres was 3.2μm. FT-IR indicated that two monomers copolymerized during the polymerization process. The surface area was 2.7m^2·g^-1,while the average diameter of the pore was 10.0nm. With basic compounds as probes, the chromatographic performance of the stationary phase packed with P(ST-co-DVB) was evaluated. High column efficiency and good chromatographic peak shape were exhibited, which indicated that precipitation polymerization showed great potency in stationary phase.
