摘要
合成2种不同结构的HG152R、HG1462R聚醚醇破乳剂,与交联剂作用,制得改性聚醚醇,这种新型聚醚能够增强破乳剂的亲油性。所得改性聚醚对大庆油田两个联合站的原油进行了实验室内的脱水试验,并用HG152R改性聚醚进行了联合站的现场试验。结果证明,改型聚醚破乳剂具有脱水速度快、脱出的水清澈、油水界面整齐,脱水效率高的特点。
HG152R, HG1462R of two different structural polyether alcohol demulsifiers were synthesized, With the action of a cross-linking agent, for modified polyether polyol, this kind of novel polyether demulsifiers can enhance the lipophilic. Dehydration experiment of the modified polyether for crude oil in two united station of Daqing Oilfield in laboratory., and HG152R modified polyether polyol for united station field test.The results showed that the modified polyether demulsifiers with dehydration speed, prolapse of the water clarity, regular oilwater interface, high dewatering efficiency characteristics.
