BAW delay line device is widely used in radar and communication systems. This article describes the principle of operation, parameters, and timedomain characteristics of a microwave BAW delay line. Introduced the design method of microwave BAW delay lines, to overcome the traditional delay line limited by the length and size of substrate material, to meet the radar, electronic device such as the demand for long delay electric signal.
