摘要
研究了不同反应液体积、阳极直径、电解质浓度和初始浓度对多电极接触辉光放电等离子体降解酸性橙(AO)的影响.在电压515 V和3根不锈钢阳极条件下,反应液体积350 mL、阳极直径0.9 mm、电解质2.0 g/LNa2SO4有助于提高AO脱色率和能量效率,当AO初始浓度为50 mg/L时,放电60 min脱色率可达98.71%,COD去除率为82.79%,能量效率为0.86 g/kW.h,表明不锈钢多电极接触辉光放电等离子体能有效提高染料废水的脱色率,增加处理量,缩短反应时间.
In this paper, effects of different solution volume, anode diameter, concentration of electrolyte and initial con- centration on acid orange (AO) discoloration rate induced by multi-anode contact glow discharge electrolysis were investigated. The energy efficiency and the discoloration rate of AO can be enhanced under the condition ( solution volume 350 mL; anode diameter 0.9 mm ; 2.0 g/L Na2SO4 ; voltage 515 V ; 3 stainless steel anodes). When the initial concentration of AO was 50 rag/L, the discoloration rate, COD removal and energy efficiency was up to 98.71%, 82.79 % and 0.86 g/kW ·h after 60 min CGDE treatment, respectively. The results indicated that stainless steel multi-anode contact glow discharge plasma could improve the discoloration rate of dye wastewater effectively, increase the treatment capacity and shorten the degradation time.
