不同预处理方法对苏木种子萌发的影响

Effects of Different Pretreatment Methods on Seed Germination of Lignum sappan

对4月份采集的苏木种子进行清水浸种、干湿处理和消毒药剂处理,观察种子萌发情况。结果表明,用0.2%和0.6%高锰酸钾溶液浸种0.5 h,能显著提高苏木种子活力指数,较好地促进种子萌发;用清水浸种0.5 h,能有效地提高苏木种子发芽率、缩短种子平均发芽时间;过氧化氢和青霉素不能促进苏木种子的萌发。

In this paper, seeds of Lignum sappan collected in April were pretreated by soaking seed treatment and wet and dry treatment and disinfectant treatment. The results showed that the seeds of Lignum sappan soaked for half an hour with 0.2% or 0.6% potassium permanganate solution with higher seed vitality and seed germination rate. The treatment that the seeds of Lignum sappan soaked with water for half an hour can significantly improved seed germination rate and shorten germination time. Perhydro and Penicillin did not affected seed germination.
