摘要
用不同剂量的离子束注入模式生物拟南芥种子,在生物效应研究中发现,种子的发芽势、发芽率是随注入剂量的效应曲线呈现"马鞍型",在400剂量单位时发芽势、发芽率均达到峰值。生理生化指标在离子束的不同剂量之间存在着一定的相关性,叶绿素含量在1 000剂量单位时达到最大值;拟南芥种子SOD、POD、CAT 3种保护酶的活性在800和1 000剂量单位时达到最大值,当注入剂量大于1 000剂量单位时对酶活性呈现明显的抑制效应。实验数据说明,离子注入中等剂量时对种子具有刺激效应,高剂量对细胞具有破坏作用。
With different doses of ion beam injection arabidopsis thaliana, the biological effects show that seed germination potential and germination rate with injection dose are "saddle". Germination potential and germination rate reach peak in 400 dose.
