摘要
免疫系统疾病中皮肤纤维化疾病受到越来越多的关注。文章就皮肤纤维化疾病相关的重要受体分子TLR3的组成、功能及其参与的信号转导途径进行了阐述和总结,并对其在皮肤纤维化疾病的机理研究进行了初步预测和分析,揭示了TLR3在纤维化疾病治疗和抗纤维化药物开发过程中具有理论指导、靶向研究作用。
In the process of immune system disorders, skin fibrotic diseases are paid more and more attention. An important receptorTLR3 played the vital role in the skin fibrotic diseases. The structure, function and signal transduction pathways of TLR3 were summarized and described. Its mechanism involved in skin fibrosis was also preliminarily forecast and analyzed. It reveals that TLR3 has a significant function of theoretical guidance, targeted research in the treatment of fibrotic diseases and anti-fibrosis drugs development process.
