混杂纤维增强水泥砂浆的性能研究

摘要 采用芳纶纤维、聚丙烯纤维增强水泥砂浆,研究了纤维单掺及其混杂对砂浆力学性能和收缩性能的影响。结果表明:掺加适量芳纶纤维、聚丙烯纤维明显提高了砂浆的抗折强度,有效降低了砂浆的收缩率,其中混杂纤维对砂浆的作用效果最为明显。芳纶纤维与聚丙烯纤维混杂增强砂浆与空白砂浆相比,其28d抗折强度增大了22.1%,56d收缩率下降了58.2%。利用扫描电子显微镜对砂浆的微观结构进行了观察与分析,探讨了纤维对水泥砂浆的作用机理。 Kevlar fiber and polypropylene fiber were chosen to reinforce the cement mortar, and the effect of single fiber and hybridization fibers on the mechanical and shrinkage property of mortar were studied. The ex- perimental results exhibit that the flexural strength of the mortar enhanced obviously and the shrinkage ratio reduced effectively, and the effect of hybridization fibers on the mortar was the most obvious. In comparison with the check sample, the flexural strength of mortar reinforced by hybridization fibers increased by 22.1% at 28 days and the shrinkage ratio decreased by 58.2% at 56 days. The microstructure of mortar was observed and analyzed with scanning electron microscopes, and the action mechanism of fiber to the mortar was dis- cussed.
