摘要
近年来,"租友"成为新潮流,"租友合同"这一全新的合同类型也悄然兴起。所谓的"租友合同"实质上是雇佣合同,依法订立的"租友合同"对双方当事人均有法律约束力。对双方当事人而言,可能面临"租友合同"无效或被撤销的法律风险、受雇人侵权与受雇人自身遭受损害的法律风险以及合同当事人刑事犯罪的法律风险,需采取一定的防范措施。
In recent years, ＂hiring friend＂ becomes a new trend. Consequently, hiring friend contract is also quietly rising. The hiring friend contract is essentially an employment contract; the contract concluded according to law has legally binding to parties.
