摘要
区分工程管线综合规划的类型后,重点研究城市工程管线综合规划编制的进度控制问题.应用PERT分析技术将管线综合规划任务分解为若干工作,进而在辨识各工作间逻辑关系的基础上,构建管线综合规划进度的PERT网络图模型,并通过寻求该网络图的关键线路来调控和优化管线综合规划的进度.该模型实现了管线综合规划工作组织程序由简单顺序转向复合并行的结构改进.结合CT园区的规划实践,进一步验证本研究的可行性与有效性.
The schedule control of the urban engineering pipeline comprehensive planning(UEPCP) was emphatically investigated after distinguishing the different types of pipeline comprehensive planning.With the help of the program evaluation and review technique(PERT),the PERT network model of schedule control of UEPCP was established through breaking down the UEPCP into several segments and identifying the logical relationship between them.Moreover,the critical route in the PERT network model could be found and regarded as a criterion to control and optimize the schedule of UEPCP.By using this model,the structure of the working organization of UEPCP would be improved from a simple sequential one to a parallel complex one.With a case study of CT industrial park,the feasibility and effectiveness of this schedule control of UEPCP based on PERT was validated,also.
