大学生网络成瘾现状及其对交往焦虑的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解兰州市高校大学生网络成瘾状况,探讨研究网络成瘾对大学生行为与心理因素的影响,为网络成瘾的预防和干预提供依据。方法采用整群分层抽样的方法,抽取兰州市多所高校大学生1 900人为研究对象;采用网络成瘾量表、交往焦虑情况量表(IAS)等对研究对象进行测评。结果兰州市大学生网络成瘾发生率为11.07%,网络成瘾倾向者占10.46%。网络成瘾及网络成瘾倾向的大学生交往焦虑情况较非网络成瘾大学生严重。以游戏、聊天和购物为上网目的的大学生较其他学生更容易出现交往焦虑现象。结论上网行为与网络成瘾情况对大学生心理状况有负面影响,注重与人交流并控制过度上网行为,有利于对交往焦虑的改善。 Objectives To find out the Internet addiction of college students in Lanzhou city in order to investigate and study its impact on college students' behavior and psychological status and to provide the basis for Internet addiction prevention and intervention. Methods 1 900 college students of Lanzhou city were chosen through the method of stratified cluster sampling. All the subjects were evaluated by the Internet Addiction Scale, Interaction Anxiety Scales (IAS), etc. Results The incidence of Internet addiction in the college students in Lanzhou city was 11.97%, Internet addiction tendencies accounted for 10.46% of the total. The students that were addicted to the Internet or tended to be Internet-addicted showed more serious interaction anxiety than those who are not Internet-addicted. The college students who used the network on the purpose of game, chat and shopping were more likely to have communicative anxiety than others. Conclusions The behaviors of using the internet and Internet addiction have a negative influence on students' psychology. More time and focus in communicating with others and keep the frequency of using Internet in an appropriate range can be helpful for treating interaction anxieties.
