摘要 介绍了用于环境铅健康风险评价的3种基于生理学的药物动力学(physiologically based pharmacokinetic,PBPK)模型,即O’Flaherty模型、Leggett模型和IEUBK模型,并对3种模型的应用对象、应用范围、结构及准确性进行比较,从而筛选最佳模型。 Models have been widely used for health risk assessment (HRA). In order to find out the most appro- priate model for lead exposure, this article described three kinds of physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models used for HRA for lead (i. e. O'Flaherty model, Leggett model and the Integrated Exposure Uptake Biokinet- ic (IEUBK) Model for Lead), and compares their target population, range of applications, structure and accuracy.
