The Investigation and Thinking on Promoting Rural Intensified Land in the Process of Urbanization

农村城镇化可以促进农村建设用地集约利用和农业适度规模经营,但在实践中可能会出现一些问题。从对有关县市调查情况看,各地推进农村土地集约经营的积极性很高,工作力度很大,一些做法很值得研究借鉴,但也存在一些问题,如缺乏产业支撑、农民进城的冲动有所减弱、农村土地产权不清以及新型农村社区建设等问题,需要引起关注和探讨。

The rural urbanization can promote intensive use of rural construction land and moderate scale operation of agriculture,but in practice there may be some problems.From the investigation of the counties to see that around highly motivated to advance the intensive management of rural land,some of the practices are worth studying and learning,but there are also some problems,such as lack of industry support,the impulse of the peasants have weakened,unclear property rights of rural land,and new rural communities construction and so on,requiring attention and discussion.
