当代中国网络思想动态及其反思

The Ideological Dynamic and its Reflection of Network of Contemporary China

互联网自媒体的出现,改变了以往自上而下的话语权的生产逻辑和传播模式,使话语权逐渐"去中心化",呈现出扁平化、平民化的趋势,进而也使公共性得以产生。公共性的形成无疑极大地加速了社会进步的步伐。然而,当前中国互联网公共性仍然存在一定的不成熟性和非理性化,使网络思想出现空前的危机。网络思想危机的出现,虽与互联网自身一些特性有关,但也存在着一定的社会根源。所以,要想化解网络思想危机,应当网上网下相互结合,齐抓共管。不仅要加强舆论引导,进行网络立法;而且要加强社会建设,促进社会公平。

Since the emergence of 'We Media',the Internet has changed the right to speak of the past,a top-down logic of production and mode of transmission,and gradually be 'decentralized' of the right to speak,showing flattened civilians trend,and thus also of the public nature is able to generate.The public formation undoubtedly greatly accelerated the pace of social progress.However,there are still some immaturity and non-rationality in the public nature of the Chinese internet,bringing in the network thinking of an unprecedented crisis.The emergence of network ideological crisis,although relates to the internet itself,but there is a certain social roots.So in order to resolve the network ideological crisis,online and offline should be combined with each other and be managed together.Not only to strengthen the guidance of public opinion,carrying out the network legislation;but also to strengthen social construction,promoting social equity.
