班组建设是一项筑基工程,是企业管理的基础。加强班组建设是增强企业活力、提高企业竞争力、促进企业又好又快发展、成就卓越企业的重要抓手。面对日益激烈的竞争环境,班组建设的重要性日益突显。本文通过系统梳理班组建设的核心内容,科学构建班组建设的组织体系,充分利用班组建设的载体,建立班组建设的长效机制,避免班组建设流于形式,切实将班组建设融入企业的生产经营活动中,全面推进卓越班组建设。
