提升河南省中小企业自主创新能力的对策

在"创造力经济"悄然兴起和科技革命迅猛发展的时代,自主创新成为决定区域竞争力的关键性因素。目前,河南省中小企业自主创新能力与发达省份相比差距甚远。因此,如何快速有效地提升河南省中小企业自主创新能力就成了亟待解决的问题。基于此,建立企业——政府——高校三位一体的自主创新能力建设体系,政府要加强服务功能、优化创新环境,高校要努力科技攻关、加强校企合作,企业要加强自身自主创新能力的建设。

This dissertation researched the independent innovation development of the small and medium- sized enterprises （SMEs） in Henan province at present. Nowadays, the independent innovation ability of SMEs in Henan Province is weaker than that in some developed provinces. Therefore, the problem to be solved urgently is how to improve the independent innovation ability of SMEs in Henan effectively and rapidly. In considering the problem, there should be a trinity of the construction system of independent innovation ability with enterprises, government and university. The government should strengthen the service functions and optimize the environment for innovation; the university should put the technological breakthroughs into practice and strengthen the university - enterprise cooperation; enterprises should strengthen the construction of the independent in- novation abilities.
