摘要
程序公平效应强调程序公平可以使个体对不利结果的负面反应有所缓和。最近发展的程序公平效应有限情境的研究提出,程序公平存在着有限性,除了因变量之外,个体对事件的自我解释、对自我心理的调节倾向、在群体中的地位、组织中群体对程序公平的认同度都影响着程序公平的效应。本文关于程序公平效应有限情境的探讨从理论上有助于调和程序公平效应与反程序公平效应的矛盾结果,同时也给管理实践者提供了启示,使其在管理中能更好地促进程序公平效应的发生,提高管理效能。
Procedural fairness effect emphasized that procedural fairness could mitigate the individual' s negative reaction to the unfa- vorable outcomes, However, the latest research on the boundary condition of procedural fairness effect argued that there was limited influence in procedural fairness. Except for the dependent variables, there were other factors which would have in- fluence on procedural fairness effect, such as self - construal, regulatory locus, relative status, and group identification. The present paper explored the boundary condition of procedural fairness effect, which would help to conciliate the contradictory findings in theoretical research and provide practitioners with some implications to improve management effectiveness.
