中国县域经济发展模式研究评述及其反思

本文主要从县域经济发展的主导产业、组织方式、发展的特色内容等维度对我国县域经济的发展模式进行总结。由于采用的研究视角不一致,不同学者得出的结论不尽相同。总体来说,县域经济发展模式的选择必须立足实际,发挥地区比较优势,顺应国际和地区产业分工调整趋势,建立更加节约环保和更有竞争力的现代产业体系,推进新型工业化进程,坚持工业化与城镇化融合发展,以更高水平的工业化带动农业和服务业的升级。

This paper summarizes the modes of Chinese county economic development mainly from leading industry, organization and characteristics of development. Owning to different perspectives and dimensions, different scholars＇ conclusions vary. Gen- erally speaking, when choosing the mode of county economic development, one should proceed from the reality, exploit their comparative advantages, follow the international and regional trends of industrial restructuring, construct a modern industrial system which is more conservative and more competitive, promote the process of the new - type industrialization, and adhere to the integration development of industrialization and urbanization. It would be a strategic choice for Chinese counties to upgrade the agriculture and the service industry through a higher level of industrialization.
