摘要
就业结构与产业结构是经济结构的重要组成部分,两者之间的协调性决定着一个地区国民经济的发展。改革开放以来,江苏省产业结构不断进行优化升级,就业结构也在不断进行相应的调整,但两者之间仍存在着一定的不协调性。为了实现江苏人口与社会经济的协调发展,本文以江苏省三次产业产值和就业数据为依据,并运用结构偏离度实证分析了江苏省就业结构与产业结构的协调性,剖析了江苏省就业结构滞后的影响因素,提出了就业结构与产业结构协调发展的政策建议。
Employment structure and industrial structure are the important components of the economic structure, and the coordination between the two determines the healthy development of national economy. The industrial structure of Jiangsu Province has been optimized and upgraded since the reform and opening- up, and at the same time, the employment structure has also been adjusted accordingly, but there is a certain incompatibility between them. In order to ensure the coordinated development of Jiangsu' s population and social economy, based on the tertiary industrial output and employment data of Jiangsu Province, by the theory of structural deviation, this paper empirically analyzes the coordination between employment structure and in- dustrial structure and influencing factors of lagging employment structure, and presents policy suggestions to realize the co- ordinated development between employment structure and industrial structure.
