推进城乡一体化打造核心增长极——南昌城乡一体化建设问题思考

以党的十八大作出的推动城乡发展一体化部署为统领,分析南昌城乡一体化建设面临的问题和有利条件,认清加快推进南昌城乡一体化建设的紧迫性和新要求,结合江西省政府作出的全力支持南昌发展、打造核心增长极的重大决定,依托建设鄱阳湖生态经济先导区的战略,围绕解放思想、顶层设计、做强经济、调整区划、制定规划、全面推进的思路,提出推进南昌城乡一体化建设的战略思考。

Led by the deployment of the integration of urban and rural development made by the Eighteenth National Congress of CPC, this paper not only analyzed the problems and advantages of the integration of urban and rural areas in Nanchang, but also made out the urgency and new requirements for integrating the urban and rural development in Nanchang. With the crucial decision that the government of Jiangxi Province will give full support to the development of Nanchang to build a core growth pole, and the deployment of building the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, this paper put forward the strategic thinking for the integration of urban and rural development in Nanchang under the approaches of mind emancipation, top - level de- signs, stronger economy, division adjustments and project formulation as well as comprehensive promotion.
