循环模式视角下的大学英语听力教学行动研究探析 被引量:33

A Study on the Action Research of College English Listening Curriculum Reform from the Perspective of Circulation Theory

摘要 行动研究最早是由美国的Coller和Lewin提出来的一种应用于社会科学的研究模式。行动研究具有一线教师参与、强调合作、改变现状三大特点。本行动研究模式的建立参考了H.Altrichter行动与反思的循环理论、Lewin的螺旋式渐进循环模型、McDonough & McDonough以及施良方的行动研究循环模式。实施步骤包括:发现问题,订立假设;制定行动方案,行动策略;实施行动方案;评估/反思;改进新方案;实施新方案;再改进等。该行动研究有效提高了听力教学效果和教师专业研究素养,成效显著。 There are three characteristics of action research : 1 ) teachers' participation ; 2) cooperation; 3 ) problem - solving and situation - improving. The design of this action research framework is based on Altrichter' s action - reflection circulation theory, Lewin' s spiral model, McDonough & McDonough' s seven - step model as well as Shi' s five - step model. The action research achieves its targets by going through following stages : initial plan ; brainstorming, questionnaires, hypothesis setting; action plan and strategies design ; implementation; evaluation/reflection; action plan improvement; second - stage implementation ; and final improvement.
