让孩子赢在体育课:脑科学研究对体育的启示 被引量:16

Win in the Physical Education:The New Implications for Physical Education from the Brain Research

摘要 随着脑科学研究的不断深入,越来越多的教育者开始关注教育问题的脑科学研究,以及相关研究成果在教育领域的应用与转化。本文综述了体育教育领域的脑科学研究进展,发现体育运动可以改善儿童大脑的可塑性、提高儿童大脑执行功能以及促进大脑的终生发展。这些研究成果提示:体育教育中应通过架设脑科学与体育教育的桥梁、消除错误观念、探索基于脑的体育教育等途径,加强和改善体育教育实践,更好促进学生身心健康发展。 With the deepening of brain research, a growing number of educators began to pay attention to the brain research on education and its educational implications. This present article reviews the research progress between physical education and brain. Research indicated, physical activity can improve brain plasticity, promote life - long development of the brain, and improve the executive function of the brain. Based on these findings, we can take some effective ways, such as erecting a bridge of brain science and physical education, eliminating misconceptions, and exploring the real benefit of the child' s sports, to strengthen and improve the practice of physical education, which better promote students' physical and mental health.
