摘要 为进一步改善JSFA388A型精梳机所产精梳条的条干质量,通过对棉网搭接刻度、分离罗拉传动机构、罗拉牵伸形式、棉条输送机构进行优化选择与设计,最终提高了新型精梳机在高速运行条件下所产精梳条的条干质量。认为:根据纤维长度变化正确选择棉网搭接刻度、优化设计分离罗拉传动机构、采用三上三下压力棒牵伸形式,改进棉条输出机构,合理调整台面导条钉位置可以在改善精梳条干质量方面获得较好效果。 To modify quality of combed sliver produced by JSFA388A Comber in further, lap joint scale, driving mechanism of detaching roller, roller draft form, sliver transport mechanism were optimized and designed, finally combed sliver produced by the comber in higher speed condition can be improved. It is considered that lap joint scale should be selected according to fiber length, driving mechanism of detaching roller should be optimized and designed, pressure bar draft form of three-up three-down should be adopted, sliver transport mechanism should be modified, sliver guide position should be adjusted rationally,finally better effect of improving combed sliver quality can be made.
