JZX-5T型精梳锡林的使用实践

Practice of JZX-5T Type Comber Cylinder

探讨JZX-5T型精梳锡林的使用性能。分析了JZX-5T系列新型精梳锡林的结构特点,并在多个纺纱厂4种机型6个品种上,对该锡林与进口精梳锡林进行了纺纱对比试验。结果表明,该锡林在成纱质量方面已经基本达到了进口精梳锡林的水平,部分质量指标甚至略优于进口锡林,对JC 9.7 tex及以下的特细号纱具有更好的适应性。认为,前两排针布由锯齿改为梳针、实现梳理隔距的精准调节等项技术改进,提升了锡林整体梳理效能,在改进纺纱质量方面能够发挥较好的作用。

Using performance of JZX-5T type comber cylinder was discussed. Structural features of JZX-5T type comber cylinder were analyzed. The cylinder was tested and contrasted to exported cylinder in mills on four kinds of combers and six products. The result shows that quality of the yarn produced by the cylinder is basically reaching the ex- ported cylinder level, some quality indexes are slightly better, especially for JC 9.7 tex and superfine yarn. It is consid- ered that cylinder carding effect can be increased and spinning quality can be improved well through changing sawtooth card clothing to card wire in front two rows,realizing precise adjustment of carding gauge adjustment.
