摘要
将蒸汽爆破处理制得的中药渣纤维增强体与回收的ABS进行熔融共混,制备中药渣纤维/回收ABS复合材料;研究了苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐(SMA)、ABS接枝马来酸酐(ABS-g-MAH)相容剂以及TPW 604润滑剂对复合材料宏观力学性能的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察复合材料的拉伸断面形貌特征。结果表明:添加一定量的相容剂可有效地改善中药渣纤维与回收ABS基体之间的界面相容性;分别添加12%的SMA和8%的ABS-g-MAH时,复合材料的力学性能最佳;润滑剂TPW 604的添加量为4%时,复合材料的力学性能最好。
Blended the Chinese herb residue fiber which was processed by steam explosion and recycled ABS to prepare Chinese herb residue fiber/recycled ABS composites; the effects of compatilizers SMA and ABS-g-MAH, and lubricant TPW 604 on the macroscopic mechanical properties of composites were studied, and the tensile fracture surface morphology characteristics of the composites was observed by SEM. The results show that: the compatibility between the Chinese herb residue fiber and recycled ABS matrix is effectively improved by adding a certain amount of compatilizer, and the mechanical properties of composites are the best when adding 12% SMA and 8% ABS-g-MAH, respectively; the mechanical properties of composites are the best when adding 4% TPW604.
