IT外包中知识转移的情境因素分析——基于质与量结合的实证研究

The Analysis of Situational Factors of Knowledge Transfer in IT Outsourcing： An Empirical Study Based on the Combination of Qualitative and Quantitative Factors

运用扎根理论，通过对外包客户和服务商的访谈调查来研究IT外包知识转移相关因素。扎根结果表明，其主要影响因素为：转移主体因素、关系质量因素、情境因素、知识转移渠道因素和知识特性因素。通过讨论，构建了IT外包知识转移影响因素分析模型，在此基础上，进一步分析了IT外包知识转移情境因素模型。然后根据扎根结果，对TT外包情境因素提出相应假设，并采用基于PLS的结构方程模型对假设进行了分析验证。

Based on grounded theory, this paper interviewed customers and service providers to research knowledge transfer in IT outsourcing. The results suggested that the main influential factors are transfer subject factors, the relationship quality factors, the situation factors, knowledge transfer channel factors and knowledge characteristics factors. Then through the discussion, a analysis model of the influential factors of knowledge transfer in IT outsourcing was built. Based on this, a model of situational factors of knowledge transfer was further abstracted. Afterward, with regards to situation factors, this paper puts forward corresponding hypotheses, and structural equation modeling which is based on PLS was carried out to test the hypotheses.
