摘要
分析了目前磁轴承普遍采用的开关功放产生噪声的原理和特性,基于MATLAB/SIMULINK构建飞轮磁轴承两电平和三电平开关功放模型。采用在功放输出端口和电磁线圈之间接入电感、电容和电阻组成的带阻、低通滤波器的方法来降低电流纹波在特定频率处的分量;提出一种基于TINA电路软件设计飞轮磁轴承功放带阻、低通滤波器的方法。仿真和实验结果均验证了设计的有效性,线圈电流频谱在开关频率及其倍频处噪声分量减小一个数量级以上。
The principle of the beat frequency noise caused by switching power amplifier was studied. Two-level and three-level switching power amplifiers were built in MATLAB/SIMULINK. Trap and low pass filters formed by inductor, capacitor, and resistor were adopted in amplifier configuration to reduce the switching frequency component. A method of designing the trap and low pass filters based on TINA circuit simulation software was proposed. The validity of the design was validated both by simulation and experiment. Experimental results show that the switching frequency component and its harmonics components in the coil current are reduced by at least one order of magnitude.
