Under the conditions of road test,the estimated fatigue life of vehicle components usually presents a great dispersion.A feasible processing method,which gives priority to the effect of small fatigue life and makes allowances for the large fatigue life,is put forward in this paper and applied to estimate the fatigue life of the half axles of certain 15t self dumping mine truck.
