摘要
十八大报告将"生态文明"建设列入中国特色社会主义事业"五位一体"的总体布局。这不仅从认识论上提升了我们的马克思主义理论视界,更从方法论上拓展了我们发现问题、解决问题的策略。应以生态文明建设作为高等教育可持续发展的方法论,从高等教育系统内部的结构张力和内生动力出发,充分考虑学校的资源承载力和环境承载力两个方面的制约因素,以及教育系统的多样性定位高等教育的发展,利用生态调控原则规划高等教育,推动高等教育的协调发展。
