摘要
中国传统文化是国家文化软实力的重要资源之一,传统文化中的国家文化软实力资源具有"强内"和"化外"的功能,具有"化外"功能的传统文化中的国家文化软实力资源只是具有"强内"功能的传统文化中的国家文化软实力资源的一部分。本文认为"分领域、比贡献、划层次"是从国际受众视角,研究具有"化外"功能的传统文化中的国家文化软实力资源的基本框架。按照这一框架分析,中国传统文化在人与自然和谐相处、医疗保健、民族关系、国际关系等领域具有相对优势,其中的文化资源是具有"化外"功能的传统文化中的国家文化软实力资源。
Chinese traditional culture is the important resource of national culture soft power which has the function of "strengthening the internal" and "influencing the external"; and the function of "influencing the external" is just one part of the resource of national culture soft power which has also the function of "strengthening the internal" mentioned above. The paper argues that, taking the international audience perspective, "sub-domains", "comparing contributions" and "dividing levels" are the basic framework for the research of the resource of national culture soft power which has the function of "influencing the external". According to this research perspective, Chinese traditional culture has its advantages which include the aspect of man in harmony with nature, the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine, the aspect of national relationship, and the aspect of international relations, etc; culture resource is also the resource of nation- al culture soft power which has the function of "influencing the external".
